Established specialist Rehab Group are looking for a dynamic and innovative Assistant Allied Health Manager to join their Allied Health Professionals team. 

Reporting directly into the Director and Founder of this newly created role, your purpose is to take the lead in all matters relating to the Allied Health Department.

About the Role

 The role will include but will not be limited to;

  • Leadership, coaching, training, mentoring and development of the Allied Health team,
  • Management of clinical targets, quality, education and training, caseload management, incident and complaint management,  
  • Creating a culture of continuous improvement with an emphasis on constant learning and exceptional client care and customer service delivery,
  • Monitoring clinical performance, incident management, activity reporting, ensuring clinicians are meeting clinical targets and non-compliance.

The Shortlisted Candidate Requirements

  • Allied Health Management Experience
  • Degree Qualified/Relevant Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology, 
  • Business Degree Qualifications.
