About the role

Reporting to the National Care Manager your role will involve but will not be limited to;

  • Managing the day to day operations of the care facility, 
  • Onboarding, training mentoring and coaching a team of talented clinical and non-clinical staff,
  • Delivery of care services, overseeing compliance and legislative/ contractual requirements. 
  • The main point of contact for all programs and other care-related matters.

Skills and experience

  • Registration with APRHA and, current license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Clinical and case management experience in-home care funding, 
  • Highly developed clinical care delivery skills 
  • Most importantly, a passion for the industry and a genuine desire to deliver best practice and exemplary care to residents.
